Positive: The location was perfect as it was right in front of the beach and restaurants but still quiet enough for rest. Lovely views of the sea from the terrace and facilities itself were gorgeous .

Alexandre is a friendly and caring host, who makes sure his guests have the best time, and even gave us a walking tour around Espinho, recommending the best places to go to & where to find everything

Positive: Great place, located thirty meters from the beach. Property exceeded all expectations, I rate it 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend it to everyone. Special thanks to Alexander, who proved himself to be an excellent host, helped with all questions, recommended local restaurants and places worth visiting. The ocean is magnificent! Positive: Our stay at the Beach & Sea Guesthouse was absolutely great! We stayed in the Blue Room and it was roomy enough, nicely styled and with air conditioning. Alexandre and Maria, the hosts, have been very kind to us. Alexandre made sure we had everything we needed and more. The room was very clean when we arrived and the hosts made sure the common areas were clean at all times too. It was great to be able to use the kitchen and to relax on the roof top terrace. The location of the Guesthouse is great too. Within 30 seconds of stepping out the door, you are on the beach. There is a small convenience store right next to the guesthouse. Free parking in the streets and the train station is a 5 minute walk. Overall, we loved our stay and we would recommend the Guesthouse to anyone.

Negative: The mattress of the bed was pretty firm. We were used to a softer mattress at home, but if you prefer a firm mattress, it shouldn't be a problem at all. It is a good quality bed.

Summary: Clean, well taken care of and close to the beach and restaurants.
